The bagels themselves were okay, but the slow shipping kind of ruined the whole experience for me. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept wondering where my order even was. By the time they finally arrived, I was more annoyed than excited. I’m not sure I’d rush to order again anytime soon.

I was trying to place my order and use the promo code, but once again the discount never showed up at checkout. that’s a frustrating first impression. It made the whole thing feel like a hassle before I even finished buying anything.

So... I do like Western Bagel, but the availability was a little frustrating this time. A few of the bagels and spreads I wanted were out of stock, and I couldn’t really tell when they’d be back. I ended up ordering less than I planned. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying

The bagels were really good, but the staff didn’t seem all that friendly when I was there. I’m not sure if they were just having a busy or rough day, but it kind of felt like they were annoyed helping me...

They kept me in the loop the whole time and got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. I usually trust my gut with this kind of stuff, and everything felt straightforward and reliable

I’ll be fair, the staff weren’t rude, and it seemed like they were trying. But my order wasn’t ready when I got there, and the people at the counter seemed a bit unsure about what was going on. Pickup ended up taking way longer than I expected.

I started the bagel subscription mostly because I was tired of forgetting to order them every week. So far it’s been really simple to adjust things when I need to, and the bagels have been showing up right on time. I guess the only tiny thing is I still sometimes forget what day they’re coming, but that’s more of a me problem. It’s made weekday breakfasts a lot easier, and I’m happy with it so far

I ordered from Western Bagel thinking it would be an easy, simple breakfast option, I was disappointed once I actually looked at the ingredients.

A lot of them felt more processed than I expected, especially for bagels. Some flavors had additives and sweeteners I usually try to avoid, and the taste didn’t really make up for it either.

For what I paid, I was hoping for something that felt fresher and a little cleaner. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I ordered from westernbagel.com because I was hoping their gluten free options might be a little better, but there just didn’t seem to be much to choose from. The website itself was easy to use, so that part was fine, but if you can’t eat regular bagels, the selection feels limited.

I ordered a large batch of bagels for our office it was a good experience overall. The website was simple to use, and everything arrived nicely packed. One of the boxes showed up a day later than expected, but customer service got back to me and helped sort it out, so no real complaint there. The bagels tasted fresh and everyone seemed happy with them. I’d definitely order again for a group event.

I was kind of surprised by how many flavor options they had, which I really liked because I get bored when everything is just the usual plain stuff. I tried a few and, yeah, some were definitely better than others, but overall they tasted fresh and tasty. I figured maybe toasting them would bring them back a little, because sometimes that helps, but nope, still tasted stale and just not fresh. For the price, I really thought they’d be better, so yeah, I probably won’t order from them again.

The delivery did arrive when they said it would, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, I was frustrated just sitting around waiting and checking the time. Overall it was reliable, just not the most stress-free experience.

I was hoping to find a few diet-friendly options here, but there just wasn’t much. I looked through the menu and kept thinking maybe I missed something, but no, it was limited for what I’m trying to eat.

When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was that the bagels were packed really well. None of them were smashed, and they didn’t feel stale at all. They looked fresh right out of the package, so I was happy with the order

I’m sure they sent the wrong bagels again. I double-checked my order because I thought maybe I had picked the wrong ones by accident, but it doesn’t look like it. Kind of frustrating, honestly...

Overall, I’d buy these again. I ordered the low carb bagels and thought they were good. They’re not exactly the same as a regular bagel, but they’re close enough for me when I’m trying to keep carbs down. Shipping was totally fine too. I only took off one star because a few of the flavors can taste a little dry once toasted.

I’ve ordered from Western Bagel a few times now, and overall I’ve been happy with it. The bagels taste fresh and have that really good chewy texture, and I like that they freeze well since I’m not close enough to pick them up in person.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that shipping was a little slow one time, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Personally, I’d still order again because the bagels are worth it.
